McDermott Transport is a privately owned road haulage company operating out of the Port of Tilbury, Essex.

Ideally located for ports across the south east of England, the company offers both national and European haulage services backed by 30+ years of experience.

 

A McDermott specialises in European container repositioning, to Bremerhaven, Hamburg, Rotterdam etc. As well as offering services for damaged and overweight containers with state of the art low-ride trailers allowing more flexibility to our customers.  
 
McDermott Transport's main depot operation in Tilbury is 24 hours a day with full CCTV coverage, and each truck

is fitted with state of the art tracking hardware offering our customers the highest levels of security while their cargo is in transit.  The company uses the latest routing and load management technologies with access to all docks within the UK to ensure our clients’ needs are fulfilled.
 
McDermott Transport is continuing to expand offering a flexible and cost effective services, able to operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
